Terms of Service

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Accurate property details must be provided at the time of booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee
• A cancellation fee of 50% applies to cancellations within 24 hours
• Lock-out fee: Full service price if we cannot access the property upon arrival

We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is required to secure your booking or is due immediately upon completion of the service, depending on the service type selected.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a service is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the service listed at the incorrect price.

While we take extreme care in your home, Aimees Housekeeping Services is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Items that are unstable or not properly secured
• Damage resulting from following specific customer instructions
• Loss of income or business interruption

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. Our staff is bonded and insured for verified claims of theft or major accidental damage.
