At Aimees Housekeeping Services, your satisfaction is paramount. While cleaning is a personalized and subjective service, we strive for perfection. We do not offer cash refunds as a standard practice, but we strictly adhere to a "Reclean First" policy to ensure you receive the value you paid for.

2Reclean Policy & Procedures

If any area of your home falls short of our high standards, please notify us within 24 hours of your service completion.

  • Notification: Contact us via email or phone with photos of the concern.
  • Scheduling: We will schedule a complimentary reclean within 72 hours.
  • Scope: The reclean is limited to the specific areas reported.
  • Presence: We prefer you to be home during the reclean to inspect the work.

*Complaints received after 24 hours are not eligible for a free reclean due to the nature of everyday living affecting the home's condition.

3Refund Eligibility

Monetary refunds are rare and issued only at the sole discretion of management in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Failure to perform service (No-Show)
  • Major accidental damage (covered by insurance)
  • Repeat dissatisfaction after a reclean
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

4Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
  • Services already performed and approved (verbally or by payment)
  • Cleaning supplies purchased on your behalf
  • Late cancellation fees

5Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To avoid fees, we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Standard Cancellation

Fee: $50 or 50% of service (whichever is less) if cancelled within 24 hours.

Lock-Out / No Access

Fee: 100% of the scheduled service price if we cannot access the home upon arrival.

6Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to post the transaction to your account.
