From Humble Beginnings
Our founder, Eleanor Vance, spent over a decade managing housekeeping for one of the world's most prestigious 5-star hotel chains. She noticed a gaping hole in the residential market: cleaning services were either inconsistent gig-economy apps or impersonal franchises.
She launched Aimees Housekeeping in 2015 with a bucket, a vacuum, and a radical idea: pay cleaners a living wage, train them like hospitality professionals, and treat every home like a presidential suite.
Today, we have grown into a team of over 50 dedicated professionals, serving Mississippi's most discerning residents. Yet, our hiring process remains as strict as day one—only 1 in 100 applicants wears the Aimees Housekeeping uniform.
